Residencial Duquesa is located in a safe and secured gated complex with a mixture of permanent living and holiday homes. The grounds and gardens are well maintained with a 4 communal swimming pool, the one directly in front of this apartment is open all of the year round.  In addition, there are also two padel courts and equipment is available to hire.

 It is in a perfect location on the edge of the Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas, just a few minutes on foot to the promenade and beach and also the stunning Marina  of Puerto De La Duquesa with an abundance of fine bars, excellent restaurants, shops and leisure facilities. We are also very close to the reasonably priced ‘Duquesa Golf Course’.

This spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is a bright living room that opens out to a spacious dining area overlooking the stunning pool and beautiful gardens. The apartment has FREE A/C, HEATING, WIFI AND UK SATELITE TV CHANNELS.

Lounge / Diner

Bright and modern lounge with comfortable 5 seater sofa, coffee table, mirrors, family dining area with table & 4 chairs, 55” LCD TV with UK channels, books, games, popular DVDs.

Covered Patio/Conservatory

In addition to the main lounge this apartment has a delightful adjoining covered patio/conservatory area that gives you a spectacular view of the pool.  This really opens up the apartment giving an additional dining area and with another sofa for relaxing whilst taking in the views.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster and kettle.  There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and drying area.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom 1

Double bedded, with fitted wardrobes, double glazed windows, bedside cabinets leading on to a bathroom with walk in shower.

Second Bedroom and Bathroom 2

One twin bed and a bunk bed with plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinet, and double-glazed windows.  There is also an en-suite bathroom alongside this bedroom with a full bath/shower, bidet and toilet.

Swimming pools, garden and leisure facilities

There is a lovely swimming pool directly in front of the apartment that is open all year round.  In addition to this there are three other communal swimming pools in the complex, one of which has a lifeguard on duty during the main summer season.

The grounds and gardens are well maintained and there are also two padel courts and equipment for you to use in the apartment.

General

Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, heating, Air Conditioning, ground floor, 70m2  L-shaped patio, large communal pools.

Changeover Day

Negotiable. Why not take advantage of cheaper midweek flights? Checkout time is 10.30am. Earliest check-in time 3.30pm. The Apartment is fully cleaned before each rental – all bed linen and bath towels are provided.

How to Book.

At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation. This payment is your only commitment until your final payment is due.

We request that you pay the balance in full 30 days prior to arrival by a simple cleared bank transfer (UK or Spanish).

If preferred we can arrange for a credit/debit cards payment (NB. There is an additional 1.5% credit card processing fee for this service).

Damage Deposit

On arrival we also require a damage deposit of 150€ (or 150 GBP) in cash or 150€ on credit/debit card.  This will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing there are no breakages or damage to the apartment.
