A well maintained, recently refurbished apartment that is comfortably furnished. The apartment features 2 bedrooms (both with an en-suite bathrooms), one is a double room and the second bedroom is spacious with three regular single beds. There is also a camp bed that can be used in the double room should you require).
There is a well-equipped large kitchen with a separate utility room with a washing machine and drying/ironing facilities.
The kitchen/dining area is spacious and light with a family dining table with six chairs. Ajoining the dining area is airy lounge with an L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV with UK channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
There is a large communal swimming pool with a childrens section. It’s never too busy so you will find a place to relax either around the pool or in the lovely garden area just set back from the main pool.
This modern apartment enjoys a south-west facing aspect with a balcony overlooking the Monte Duquesa Courtyard. It is just 750 metres from the beach and short walk (7 minutes) down to the Marina of Puerto De La Duquesa or the town of San Luis de Sabinillas.
In summary a perfect location with an abundance of fine bars, excellent restaurants, shops and leisure facilities including the very reasonably priced ‘Duquesa Golf Course’.

About the Monte Duquesa Complex
Monte Duquesa is a safe secured gated complex with a mixture of permanent living and holiday homes. The grounds and gardens are well maintained with a large pool area, a separate pool for children and plenty of free sunbeds, also an outside toilet and changing facility.
Other amenities in the Monte Duquesa Courtyard include bars, restaurants, a specialist wine bar, a pizza take away, estate agents, hairdressers, beauticians & long-term car hire.
Duquesa Holidays recommends, the local friendly & popular bar, Kelly’s which is located in the courtyard. The staff at Kelly’s are very helpful and will assist with key collection & drop off should the team from Duquesa holidays not be available.

How to book
At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation.
The balance will be then due on arrival and payable in cash with local currency (euros).
We can also take a credit card/debit card on arrival. (NB. There is an additional 2 % processing fee for payments with credit and debit cards).
On arrival we also reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of 150€ (or 150 GBP) in cash or alternatively we can hold 150€ on a credit card. (no processing fee as this is ‘held’ and not ‘charged’) This will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing there are no breakages or damage
