A spacious and stylish four-bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests.  It is a real ‘home from home’ property on two floors. The downstairs double bedroom has a south facing terrace and en-suite bathroom & also on this level is a twin room & additional bathroom.  On the upper level is a huge double room with a south facing balcony & a walk though bathroom to a smaller attic room that hosts two single beds. In addition, there is also the option to accommodate two additional guests in the pull-out sofa bed in the upper double room. NB  Please request at time of booking.

There is a family dining area with and L-shaped sofa in the spacious lounge; also, a wall mounted TV with UK channels & superfast WIFI throughout. Well-equipped, large kitchen with microwave, full oven, fridge freezer and a separate utility room with washing machine.

There is also a privae underground parking space allocated to ‘Casa Nuestra’

Large communal swimming pool, and kids pool area. It’s never too busy so you will always find a place to relax either around the pool or in the lovely garden area just set back from the main pool.

The versatile layout would suit either a large family or even two smaller families taking a holiday together.

The ‘Casa Nuestra’ Apartment is located in the lovely tropical gardens of Monte Duquesa, just a stone’s throw from the luscious pool. It is just a short walk (7 minutes) down to the Marina of Puerto De La Duquesa, the promenade or the town of San Luis de Sabinillas.

In summary, a perfect location with an abundance of fine bars, excellent restaurants, shops and leisure facilities including the very reasonably priced ‘Duquesa Golf Course’.

About the Monte Duquesa Complex

 

Monte Duquesa is a safe secured gated complex with a mixture of permanent living and holiday homes. The grounds and gardens are well maintained with a large pool area, a separate pool for children and plenty of free sunbeds, also an outside toilet and changing facility.
Other amenities in the Monte Duquesa Courtyard include bars, restaurants, a specialist wine bar, a pizza take away, estate agents, hairdressers, beauticians & long-term car hire.
Duquesa Holidays recommends, the local friendly & popular bar, Kelly’s which is located in the courtyard. The staff at Kelly’s are very helpful and will assist with key collection & drop off should the team from Duquesa holidays not be available.

How to book

At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation. This payment is your only commitment until your final payment is due.
We request that you pay the balance in full either prior to arrival (by cleared bank transfer in euros) or on arrival by cash or credit card.
(NB. There is an additional 2% processing fee for payments with credit and debit cards).

On arrival we also reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of 150€ (or 150 GBP) in cash or alternatively we can hold 150€ on a credit card.  (no processing fee as this is ‘held’ and not ‘charged’) This will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing there are no breakages or damage
