Second floor consists of a master bedroom with en suite and a private terrace with a seating area to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views, 2 twin bedrooms and a seperate bathroom with bath and shower.
Top floor has a 4th bedroom with use of a desk, printer and comfortable desk chair offering availability to work from home, this opens onto a roof terrace with spectacular views.
All linen and luxurious towels and beach towels are provided for your stay.

Free off street parking available.
The perfect location a car would not be essential to stay here, 500m away there is Monte Duquesa a picturesque square with a small selection of bars and restaurants, 850m away is the beautiful popular Marina Duquesa with a wide selection of bars, restaurants and beaches.

About the Monte Duquesa Complex

 

Monte Duquesa is a safe secured gated complex with a mixture of permanent living and holiday homes. The grounds and gardens are well maintained with a large pool area, a separate pool for children and plenty of free sunbeds, also an outside toilet and changing facility.
Other amenities in the Monte Duquesa Courtyard include bars, restaurants, a specialist wine bar, a pizza take away, estate agents, hairdressers, beauticians & long-term car hire.
Duquesa Holidays recommends, the local friendly & popular bar, Kelly’s which is located in the courtyard. The staff at Kelly’s are very helpful and will assist with key collection & drop off should the team from Duquesa holidays not be available.

How to book

At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation.

The balance will be then due on arrival and payable in cash with local currency (euros).

We can also take a credit card/debit card on arrival.  (NB. There is an additional 2 % processing fee for payments with credit and debit cards).

On arrival we also reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of 150€ (or 150 GBP) in cash or alternatively we can hold 150€ on a credit card.  (no processing fee as this is ‘held’ and not ‘charged’) This will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing there are no breakages or damage
