About Duquesa Suites Golf and gardens


Duquesa Suites is a safe secured gated complex with a 24 hour consierge.  There is a mixture of permanent living and holiday homes, with off road parking at the front of the complex.

The grounds and gardens are well maintained with a large communal pool areas.

The popular Monte Duquesa Courtyard is just a 5 minute walk away and has great bars, restaurants, a specialist wine bar, a pizza take away, estate agents, hairdressers and beauticians

Continue walking for a further 7-8 minutes and you will arrive at the marina of Puerto De La Duquesa, the seafront and also the Spanish village of San Luis De Sabinillas.

How to book

At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation.

The balance will be then due on arrival and payable in cash with local currency (euros).

We can also take a credit card/debit card on arrival.  (NB. There is an additional 2.2 % processing fee for payments with credit and debit cards).

On arrival we also reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of 150€ (or 150 GBP) in cash or alternatively we can hold 150€ on a credit card.  (no processing fee as this is ‘held’ and not ‘charged’) This will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure providing there are no breakages or damage
